France Fines Google, Facebook US$238 Million Over Privacy Violating Tracking Cookies

The Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), France’s data protection watchdog, has slapped Facebook (now Meta Platforms) and Google with fines of €150 million ($170 million) and €60 million ($68 million) for violating E.U. privacy rules by failing to provide users with an easy option to reject cookie tracking technology.

The FDA decided to not inspect the site where concerns were raised.

Pfizer decided to not mention the issues in their approval application, and FDA decided to authorize within 1 day.

And the whistleblower was not the only one.

Multiple colleagues anonymously confirmed.

Multiple other researchers working on testing the Pfizer vaccine agreed with how sloppy it was.

They didn’t even have the resources to swab 477 people with suspected COVID.

USA – Boy Scouts Ready $800 million for Child Sex Abuse Settlements

Boy Scouts of America have secured $800 million via one of its primary insurers, Chubb Ltd on Monday, to settle around 82,500 claims of child sexual abuse.

The bankrupt organisation now has some $2.7 billion available to resolve those claims.

Despite the seemingly large sum, a committee representing some of the claimants stands in opposition to the deal, saying it compromises too much and gives the organization potential for bankruptcy reorganization.
